Eligibility
The U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has limited admission to our complex to
those who are 62 and older who are able to comply with the lease & tenancy
obligations alone or with assistance and below the following income limits:
Single:
$19,350.00
Couple:
$22,100.00
Rent is calculated at 30% of your adjusted
income. Income includes Social Security, SSI, pensions, wages/salary, interest
on assets, etc. Certain deductions, such as allowable medical expenses, are
given for the elderly.
